The young men were polite and confirmed the price for the job prior to starting the work. Shoes were removed and respect was shown through the whole process. From booking the appointment to getting reminders and the service, it was a very pleasant experience! Sandra from admin office gave us reminders and she is very pleasant to talk to. Neil and Justin are working very organized and efficiently. Neil explained what are the services entails. After they are done they cleaned up the area and put everything back. Overall this is by far the best duct cleaning service we have had in the past 20+ years! I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
